Yep  :thumbsup
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

Great post on PRE from a bloke who was a function this morning that GM spoke at.

Dusty and Reece will be signed shortly...

I listened to Dimma with KB this morning, it seems we are leaving scope to entice players over to bolster our playing roster...
hope so

My source has said that Reece is as good as gone, and they are looking at swinging a 3 team trade to GWS and West Coast for Taylor Adams.

However, my source also told me that Cloke to Richmond was as good as done, as well as Dangerfield was a done deal to the Cats a couple of years ago.

Okay, my source is Deepthroat on BigFooty.

How the stuff can this side at this stage of their development have salary cap pressure?

Either the crayon muncher is full of crapola, or we are screwed in a couple of years as more youngsters become worth more money.
Top post.  :cheers
Was thinking the exact same thing.

real concern when they come out with comments like our onball brigade is strong enough.imo it still falls away too dramatically after a certain point.you can never have enough good mids. adams and dom tyson would round our mids off nicely.
cotchin, deledio conca, ellis, foley, martin, vlaustin. after this it falls away in various ways..  yes some not named are servicable and some are getting on. add adams and dom tyson to the 7 named and it looks real good moving forward.
someone like adams as a replacement for tuck who is nearing the end. we need to keep on buildiing on what we have done we are no where near a premiership yet.

I agree. We need to get more mid-fielders into the club. How would you propose to get the one's you mentioned Claw?

not real sure to be honest. to get quality you give up quality.
what i do know is we should not be sitting on our laurels and with comments like our midfield is strong enough that is what they are seemingly  doing.
we should be exploring all means to get quality players to our club  and significantly improving key areas.

I reckon Blair may be on the look-out for a seasoned inside mid this year having plugged holes in other areas over the last couple of years.

« Reply #794 on: August 22, 2013, 07:21:14 PM »
Reece plays his 50th on Sunday.

He's averaged 18 disposals, 4 marks and 3 tackles per game over his 3 year career so far.
