Well we shouldn't have any trouble retaining Conca in light of dusty's betrayal.

And chase a free agent too IMO.

What does one have to do with the other if we have a strict payment structure in place at the club?

With Dusty gone, that money can be used on other recruits not throwing more money at Conca in a panic

I rate Conca higher then Martin and more important to our engine room.

Don't let this turn as badly as negotiations have with Martin

Do tell.
It's that simple Spud
"I discussed (it) with my three daughters, my wife and my 82-year-old mum, because it has really affected me … If those comments … were made about one of my daughters, it would make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I would not have liked it at all.”

According to BF, Fox News said Conca will sign within the week.

Langdon on 6PR tonight said Reece has offers also from both WA clubs plus another from a club on the eastern seaboard which is offering the most in terms of $$$. So it's a question of loyalty to Richmond vs $$$ with a decision on Monday when he (more so his manager presumably) meets up with Richmond.

Langdon got the Mick Malthouse going to coach Collingwood from West Coast right in 1999 and has been living off that.
BF stands for big fraud. Till I read it in the paper or see it on the news I am not convinced.
Hope he stays.

As I reported earlier, Reece has agreed to terms with our club.
The club was going to announce this with Dusty's signing this week until the latest fiasco unfolded.

Freo offering Conca a 4-year deal (Age)
« Reply #910 on: September 17, 2013, 01:18:07 AM »
Richmond is also still at a stalemate over a new deal for defender Reece Conca, who is fielding a large offer from Fremantle to return home to Perth.

It is understood the Dockers have offered Conca a four-year deal on significant terms.

Conca has begun to think about a return home. He and Martin are both out of contract but are not free agents.

 :lol :lol :lol

Why's he selfish exactly? because of a newspaper article that is speculating?

Has his manager done a Carr? No

And if he stays? Is he still selfish?

What sort of reaction can we expect from you? Will you whack the club for re-signing him, whack the kid for staying or just bag him for the sake of it?

before we start throwing another one under the bus lets see what happens  ;D

Thanks to the Dusty mess the media certainly have got Tiger fans under a spell  :rollin

Arghhhhhhhhh the off season most entertaining time of the year  ;D

Not good news. The club needs to act decisively. It has allowed the negotiations to go on too long. If he is after a modest pay increase give it to him.
