no worse than ellis, who would have way more trade value, and doesnt get involved in the hard stuff like reece does.

They're both negatives.
We haven't got the balls to trade players like Ellis, Conca or Griff.
I know people will say they need to agree to it but if you let them know their next contract won't be very healthy then I'm sure they will run for the door.
My old mate Blind Freddy can see that they won't get us anywhere.

Our first pick and Ellis for Treloar
Conca for Yarran
Griff for Motlop

Like this. :thumbsup, maybe first rounder and Try Batch first for Treloar

How can you not rate a player in the slightest but think we could trade them and get an upgrade (i.e Griff for Motlop) :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol

Well to be fair, clubs will pay overs for talls....even crappy ones...not sure Geelong would give us Motlop for Griffiths though....

Because I can. I rate his trade value but i don't rate his future with us, he is a plodder, its the unknown that other clubs will risk.

Ooh you mean like
Stanley
Hampson etc

Don't remember anyone saying griff for motlop either.

We also came very close to getting trengrove FFS with a high pick. Average draft clubs will be out to trade.

Sadly, I think Griff's injury woes will hurt his value markedly.

Griff would be worth a  lot

Look at Stanley
Then he grabbed two chopsticks and stuck them in his mouth , pretending to be a walrus

Do you rate Griff?

I think clubs will see a 200cm, 100KG player that can kick the footy a long way (not straight) and can take a big mark. All pretty good things for an AFL footballer. So that why I think he is worth something. I personally don't but that's the strange thing about people having different opinions on things and players.
I don't rate him because of the stuff he doesn't do well, but there are heaps that do.

Pretty simple for people with half a brain.  :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol :wallywink
