I think if you are unsure whether you would prefer to see Grigg or Conca in the side you know that the kid has a long way to go and as a pick 6 and after 5 years things are not looking great.
I really hope he can turn things around as he seems like a really great "Richmond  person"

Looks more likely back there.Like every one i have been highly critical of him but i would like to see how he goes playing off h/b this year. Its his best chance imo of giving something back to the club.
On his k/e% its not his kicking as such but his decision making imo.
Definately last chance hotel in saying that  like others i would have liked to see what we could have got for him at trade last year.

 I sometimes think, based on other Richmond supporters I know that the average Tiger fan is relatively intelligent. But then one realises half of our fans are naturally below this average.

The type of people that go to the zoo and expect the animals to do circus tricks to entertain them.

Conca as a hbf?  Hmm, I'm not convinced.  I don't think it is the right role for him. 
I'd rather see Conca be given a lock-down role deep in defence, I see him as a back pocket stopper rather than a rebounding flanker.  Given the chance to apply himself to beating his opponent one on one I think his natural grit & competitiveness will come out.  I just don't think he is up to the role of the tear-away HB who will rebound & then set us up to go forward with a precise & intelligent disposal. 
I see Conca as a natural at the bottom of the pack throwing his body over live grenades, so lets give him a role that suits that mindset.  When he is expected to run & carry the doubts get into his mind & he turns it over - as we have all seen!  Leave the pretty stuff to the Yarran's & Houli's of this world & let Reece smash into bodies, tackle like a bear & concentrate solely on dominating & intimidating his direct opponent.  I reckon he will develop a taste for that instead of trying to be a pretty, classical footballer dashing off the HB line ...  He's not a dasher, he's a smasher!
