So what if we trade both our first round picks before the draft? Which is a very real possibilty.

we go into 'debt' next draft. so our first rounder next year will take the hit of the points we owe this year, therefore we will likely have our first pick in the 2nd or 3rd round

Hope not - from all reports next year is supposed to be a super draft and one you want to be in.

Mind you they say  nearly every draft is either a "super draft" or "shallow/weak" until about 6 months out and most of them have ended being of fairly similar depth & quality....though from what I've seen, I reckon they might be right about this year's being weak...though only a few months ago it was being touted as a "super draft for talls".....

Does anyone know much about Josh Broderick?

Brodders was one of my all time fav Tigers, and the nostalgic side of me would love to see Josh go on to our list.

Pretty sure we could still just take the kid under the f/s rule even if we passed on his brother.....

Unlike the rule for the Clokes?
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.
