KB just said on SEN to 'mark it down' that Steven King will be at Richmond next year.

No point picking up another injury-riddled ruckman like King.
Quote
News for Geelong was bad as well, with ruckman Steven King likely to miss the next four weeks after having arthroscopic surgery on his right knee on Friday.

It is another setback for King, who has been searching for the form which would earn him senior selection again.

He recently returned to the seniors after missing three weeks with a leg injury but after two mediocre matches he was dropped back to the VFL.

Congrats to Krak.

He was lucky to get a late call up last week but did okay. Here's hoping he has a memorable milestone game and snags 5 goals against the Dons again.

Richmond and Essendon have a long history with indigenous players and the Tigers' Andrew Krakouer, who will play his 100th game, and exciting Essendon youngster Paddy Ryder can hardly wait to take part on Saturday night.

Krakouer, whose father Jim and uncle Phil were trailblazers for the current-day Aboriginal players in the 1980's, said he could think of no better stage on which to play his 100th game.

"Just to go out there and represent the Aboriginal guys that paved the way for us is amazing and to play my 100th game as well is just awesome."

I think boxing could be Krak's sons go. Quick hands run in the family!
100 games, well, in a few words cameo, lazy & inconsistent.
