Chris Knights on SEN
« Reply #204 on: October 01, 2012, 04:55:55 PM »
Knights on SEN just now....

* Had a couple of meetings with his manager through the year. Reading between the lines this has been in the planning for a while.

* Big Ivan as his mate got us Knights. Told Chris about how good the culture was at Richmond now and that we're an up and coming group.

* Knights chatted with Dimma today. Probably play high HF with spells in the midfield but is happy to play anywhere.

Lucky we didn't keep Morton or it'd be Coburg for Knighta

Let's not get to far ahead of ourselves, we all remember the "Maric Prodigy" from last season :lol :lol

Lets just get him fit and on the field first, and see where we go from there.

VIDEO: Knights' press conference ...

“It’s exciting, because now my body is in pretty good stead, so I get to have a full pre-season,” he said.

“I’m really motivated and enthusiastic about training and playing . . . I’m really looking forward to it and, hopefully, I’ve got a bit to give.”

I forgot to add that Knights also said this preseason will be his first full one in 3 years. He had ops on both hips and prior to that he had a foot injury.
