Key Docker in doubt Brad Elborough, Perth

July 20, 2013 All-Australian ruckman Aaron Sandilands is in doubt for Sunday's round 17 clash between Fremantle and Richmond at the MCG.
Sandilands was not on the team's flight to Melbourne on Friday afternoon, but Dockers coach Ross Lyon said he was expected to travel on Saturday and he remained optimistic that the champion ruckman would take his place in the side. ''We'll give him another night at home. He's been a bit off. Cold winter, bit of a sniffle, bit sore. We'll monitor him and we're really hopeful and optimistic, but we're prepared if he doesn't play,'' Lyon said.
''So we've got [Jesse] Crichton, [Matt] Taberner and [Jack] Hannath. So we'll check out the conditions and the run, but we're optimistic.''
Sandilands has played only two games this season - the past two - having missed the first 14 rounds with a foot injury.
Defenders Clancee Pearce and Paul Duffield will take their places in the side.
Pearce has been cleared to play after concerns of concussion from a clash with West Coast's Andrew Embley last weekend that saw the Eagle suspended and the Docker subbed out of the game. Duffield has missed the past two games with a calf injury.
