Well the juries out G, ill Tellya one thing, CC would have done the job, he would have played JFK on a break during the Cuban missile crisis would CC, mr underrated that's for sure :shh

No No No, He is the reason we are in this position with Martin, by paying overs in the first instance, way overs, Cameron had no idea on managing a salary cap. Thank god he was pushed, left.

Back, and to the left....although I doubt any bullet could have made him go further left

Agree with comments that the jury is still out regarding Richardson

e.g Mcguane, Lock up, Grigg
3 very replaceable footballers who are on more than a rookie wage who to be honest should never have been given a contract for 2013

Currently a member of the Roupies, and employed by the great man Roup.

WP is on the money.

Ross is not a very personable guy.

Very arrogant and very happy to see the back of this guy.

The way Ross spoke to certain staff & others was disgusting  :shh

I'm going to back Richardson.
He knows exactly what many footballers in other clubs are on because of his job with Craig Kelly.  He knows what sides like Geelong are doing versus sides like Melbourne.
For too long at Richmond the tail has been wagging the dog.  We need to eradicate this to actually have sustained success.
It might mean that we take three steps back to take 10 steps forward, but if that is what it takes, we need to swallow this bitter pill.

I hope gone are the days where we pay a Gaspar $700K.   We need the team to watch the three musketeers and learn the motto "one for all and all for one (Richmond)".
OER. Calling it as it is since 2004.

Im also backing Richardson for now but if he loses Martin for nothing then for me that would mean Richardsons first year at the club as head of football operations or whatever his role is would have been a failure.

ricahrdson only does the negotiations. if GWS make an offer and we outright reject it thus forcing martin into the PSD, it wont just be his head that should roll. Others will be in on that decision as well.

Why would they make an offer if they can convince him to go in the PSD?

We certainly would do that if we were in their position.

Could we do worse than enticing matty knights across for this position?

This role was more admin with a small role on match day.
Sounds like the ideal job for Dusty.Maybe thats what he was hanging out for.
