Stevie Johnson would look good in a tiger jumper right about now.

At the end of the day its niether here nor there. Lennon misses it means theres an opportunity for  other young FWD  players  like Butler young Rioli   or even fast track Moore and Markov..
With injury there is always an upside if you make the most of the situation.

And they will play conca instead
Na they will play Conca regardless, we saw that with him being selected for the E/F,  but they wont play him as a fwd.

Dimma said at the AGM last night that they are training with Callum Moore in the backline
I know what they have said and i heard the reasons why they took him. Frankly i disagree. Has shown real ability as a forward. Yes i  freakin know he has the attributes to play back most fwds do .

Cmon. WE HAVE THREE  BLOKES ALL ABOVE 200CM WHO WE CALL IN NAME ONLY KPFS. We have a good kpf who is 195cm but the glaring  absence is a Gunston type or a Darling type or a Crameri type  or Stringer type do i need to go on.
Fair dinkum i would rather we  tried to  set up  the following tall structure in the fwd line.I will put the little fellas in as well

HF  Deledio - Riewoldt  - Rioli
FF  Butler - McKenzie - Moore

RUCK  Maric - #### - ####
Int  #### - #### - #### - Griffiths or Vickery, just one of them as the back up ruck come fwd.

Moore's kicking for Goal is similar to Casboult's..... Griffiths is more reliable!

Richmond youngster Ben Lennon to miss pre-season camp due to glandular fever

    December 12, 2015

Richmond youngster Ben Lennon's pre-season has been put on hold as he recovers from a bout of glandular fever.

Lennon, 20, will miss the Tigers training camp next week at Palm Cove as a result of the illness.

The club's physical performance manager Peter Burge said he didn't expect Lennon to be overly affected by the ailment.

"While this is obviously a setback for Ben, it's important he concentrates on getting healthy, and we will support him through that process," Burge said on the club's website.

"Pleasingly, it's a mild case of the illness, and we don't anticipate he will be out of action for an extended period.

"We will monitor him closely, and make a decision on his availability to return to training when his health dictates."

Small forward Lennon has played 16 games since being drafted at pick 12 in the 2013 draft. He was linked with a move to Carlton during the trade period before re-signing with Richmond until the end of 2017.

What's the likelihood he will be available for the pre season games.

Iffy. I've seen people be okay after about a month and some go 10 months but seeing as they say it's a mild case (if you believe them) he should be alright but that's just guessing.

About 50% of those with glandular fever get an enlarged spleen. If Ben has one of those, he'll need to be off a lot longer as they are more prone to splenic rupture and are advised to avoid contact sports as a result.
OER. Calling it as it is since 2004.

Yet you want him to play in defence . May as well just kick the goals for the opposition. If his kicking is so poor why take him at all.
