Cousin of Ivan Maric. Ivan is a big boy, who is project player for Richmond. Thought his hit out work was very impressive, would have won roughly 75% of his hitouts. Plenty to advantage. Very competitive nature. Basketball background. His timing of his marking has gotten better, obviously after training with Richmond! Took 4 marks for the game, a couple in defence. Needs to continue to learn his positioning, so he can impact the game outside of the ruck. Had 5 disposals for the game, all effective.

Young Soldo is coming along very nicely and its great to have a young developing ruck learning his trade along side a veteran like Maric. His tap work, contested marking and scoring shots are very impressing so when he builds his fitness he could be a very good senior ruck moving forward. Long way to go but he is self driven to make it and i think he will

I was very skeptical but he's been super impressive at vfl level.

Ive changed my mind on this guy. His mentor and older cousin on the other hand is already finished.
