As much as I hate to say it, having a 'war chest' for 2014, not using it and holding off for 2015, then having a putrid year which sees the coach sacked and a new coach coming in who rebuilds and has no use for a free agent would be very Richmond.

I'm an optimist so I'd say about 1.20 on.

He was drafted one year after shed so 1 out of 8 compared to 2 out of 9. At best they are equals

hehe  I wanted greenwood  -  thought he was the exact type of player we need but that is strange logic.

I would have loved to have taken Greenwood to but absolutely not for the the price he went for.
Collingwood payed waaaay overs for him, will be interesting to see if he lives up to the hype.

Bit harsh on Edwards WAT.

In the past he has been a tease but this year he played good consistent footy and his good footy is better than most.

No way you would give him away before seeing if he can produce that again next year.

What Greenwood did last year wa better than Edwards has ever done.

Really, it was that good that NM for much of the season were only prepared to offer him a 12 nth deal, they begrudgingly offered a 3 year term. That however was to only appease the supporters they were more than happy to move him on .....don't kid yourself , Edwards plays him on a break
