Well aware of how difficult this "caper" is
Have said many times that yes Hartley has got certain things right at certain times but he has also made some absolute howlers (Hampson says hello & thanks).
IMV he has far too much say/involement in contract negotiations. I know people don't believe me but he is heavily involved in a lot of contracts and I dont' believe he should be.
People also know my views on Frank; copped a fair few whacks over time for those. But based on the criteria and list requirements given to him by "good old" Blair I reckon he's done OK.
