how is the economy going? Must be going pretty crap since he has no idea what he is doing, approval rating is on the up and is dangerous. :lol :lol :lol :lol

economy
wages
unemployment down to record lows
Take it you enjoyed his SOTU address, then?

Reckon their economy as about out as good as ours and ours is pretty sick.

Wages and unemployment are not a records lows, Trump may be trumpeting that but agencies that would know are saying thst is another of his lies

WP must be right - after all such bastions of impartial journalism like the New York Times told him... :shh

I posted 3 newspapers not just one. Can list some more if you like. Even ones who have supported him. Except for Murdoch media, they don't count as they wouldn't knpw impartial if it bit them on the backside

1. yes i enjoyed his address. I enjoyed the teary aftermath by a bunch of losers who are not gracious in defeat and are very unprofessional.

2. Regarding your response to unemployment.

https://www.whitehouse.gov/articles/unemployment-rate-falls-lowest-level-nearly-50-years-u-s-economy-adds-263000-new-jobs-april/

I think your hatred of Don's is clouding your ability to see he isnt doing a bad job with their the economy. Rising support suggests people are happy with the man.

Unfortunately i think you need to suck it up and appreciate the work of the man.

Nice of you to link to Whitehouse Data.

Suggest you search the USA Bureau of Labor Statistics which clearly shows annual job growth under Trump has declined versus the those under Obama.

And just to balance it out job growth in the USA in the last 12 months under Trump has decreased by over 3 million.

Stellar numbers clealry Donald must have missed that memo

Obama please. Surprised you didnt compare him to Lincoln.

Suggest you take your hatred goggles off and admit the don isnt doing too bad. You are right unemployment is not at record lows. Last time it was this low was in 1960 or 70 :lol :lol

They might not be the best but even a blind man can see he is doing okay when the likes of you and many others thought he would fail.

You quoted Donald and the ever unbiased Murdoch media  :lol

You really need to read what people write. I never posted about unemployemnt being a record lows. (Though dopey Donnie did in his SOTU speech)

I posted about job growth, totally different to unemployment but whatever float your boat

When respected journalists say he isn't doing a good job and lament what their country's become then their opinion carries more weight than some ego maniac who abuses power for the fun of it

Amazing. We need a sour grapes emoji.

When one does a good job, a fair person would acknowledge that.

Others may have done a better job in some areas, but the Don has delivered in many others, notably against ISIS, which was at its prime under Obama, and some say was created on behalf of his actions. Who the stuff talks about those clowns anymore?

So are you now saying he lied in his SOTU address?

You quoted him, now you are saying others may have done better than Trump but that's OK he's done good on other areas.

Make up your mind Frankie? You either back what he says; Which you did originally (actually you basically quoted it as gospel) or you don't?

He has done one great thing in his 3 short years and that is he has divided a country. He's managed to do something no other President has managed in a such short time samewith than less than 45% of the vote.  So we'll done Donnie.

Scary thing is and you will love this is come Novemeber he is likely to be re-elected, not because he is great President but because outside of his fear mongering the Democrats are a basket case and their leading candidate at the minute Sanders, is a bigger look that Donald

Funny that you call Sanders a loon. The one guy on the left that actually stays true to himself and what he's about. Hey, he's far too social for me but I respect the guy in some ways.

Perhaps if your girl Hillary had the same backbone she woudn't have been destroyed by the great Don. Perhaps if your girl Hillary and the DNC didn't rig the primaries against Sanders prior to the last election...they may have performed better! And they're trying to do the same to Sanders AGAIN. Totally corrupt

Let's be honest, you dislike Don because he said "grab em by the pussy"

Democrats are a basket case
Strongly agree

and their leading candidate at the minute Sanders, is a bigger look that Donald
Strongly disagree

His biggest platform is an all-payer health care system, which is what we already have in Australia. He is cast as a far left politician because of it. Its complete rubbish.

With the same views in Australia, he'd be a slightly left leaning member of the Labor party, but he has the freedom to agree and disagree with mainstream policy as he's a "rogue" Democrat. In a slightly left leaning Democracy (Sweden, Finland et al) he would be considered barely left leaning.

American politics in general sit far further right than over here.

Bernie "Gulag" Sanders is an avowed socialist - source -himself repeatedly on public record....universal health care aside -which would be unworkable in a country of 320 million with a deeply entrenched free market mentality and ways of doing things and would likely bankrupt it -many of his policies can indeed reasonably be described as far-left and at least on par with or similar to those of our Greens who are pretty much a far-left extremist party these days .....  :shh

Let's be honest, you dislike Don because he said "grab em by the pussy"

All the Hillary supporters offended by that- while her own husband has been the subject of literally dozens of sexual assault & sexual harassment allegations and who actually did grab a young girl who was not his wife by the pussy while he was president...in the oval office...and all while she stood by him and publicly slagged off his accusers... :shh

FFS WP. of course others may have done better, How many of the 50 presidents do you actually know? How do i know if the bloke in charge in 1960 was any good. Some of his numbers have not been seen since 1960/70 so maybe they were better. He has done a great job amidst these hurdles that have been thrown at him. Imagine if he was adam goodes.  The world would be in uproar.

So you asked if i liked his address. I replied that i did. Was everything he said right. Probably not so you are right, but a lot is.

I pointed out things that he said which have now been proven factually correct and you have failed yet again to prove don wrong. Can you please tell us if he HIS economy has done anything right in HIS  time as president??

so now your saying he will probably win because BS is crap. Did you think the same when that cow hilary was the opponent?

Problem is Trump and his supporters don't do that. Obama inherited an economy from GW in dire straits and undergoing the worst recession (GFC) since the great depression. Obama had halved US unemployment by the time he left office. Yet Trump acts like he was the one who inherited an economic mess rather than unemployment figures continuing to trend down further.

History says Trump will win the election btw. The only presidents to not win a second term in the last 100 years were ones where the US was in an economic downturn (Hoover, Carter, Bush snr). Let's see though where the US economy is by 2024. US debt levels are still rising while growth has begun to slow. Trump has a history of sugar hits that start off looking good before turning sour.

Others may have done a better job in some areas, but the Don has delivered in many others, notably against ISIS, which was at its prime under Obama, and some say was created on behalf of his actions. Who the stuff talks about those clowns anymore?
Nothing in the Middle East is that simple. The Iraqis that drove ISIS out of Iraq are Shia majority (like Iran) and its parliament late last year voted for the removal of foreign (American) troops. In Syria, the Americans initially wanted to oust Assad (backed by Iran & Russia) from power by backing the opposition forces in Syria's still-ongoing Civil War. However, ISIS filled the vacuum in eastern Syria and so the Americans focused on them as a greater regional threat by supporting the Kurds as well (with air coverage). Now that the IS caliphate has collapsed (IS are still around including in other parts of the world), the Americans pretty much have abandoned their local Syrian allies and are only interested in not ticking off NATO member Turkey (enemy of the Kurds) as well as protecting certain oil supplies with a small remaining force (Trump had wanted a complete withdrawal). Assad backed by Russia and Iran (along with Turkey blocking refugees from escaping) is winning the Civil War. The growing influence of Iran (and Russia and even China) in the region is still a foreign policy problem for the US. It's why the US supports the Saudi regime (enemies of Iran) despite it also being a theocratic dictatorship. Yemen is yet another battleground between the two 'sides'. The various warring names may come and go but peace in the Middle East is sadly just wishful thinking.
