I think if we did a highlights video on his game it would really show how ordinary he was all over the ground. Sadly his form has been horrible for 2 years now since taking on the captaincy. He needs to step down from the captaincy and find form in the VFL.

I'd argue both our Captains have been poor form wise since they became Captain

The only out I'll give Nank is when he was sole Captain at the end of last season he was very good (apart from the EF)

But I have no issue in saying again I hate the co-captain thing. Didn't like it when it was announced still don't like it

For me it is like saying we're too scared to make a call so we will take both...

Restructure for mine

Lynch captain
Vice Captain Graham

Nank surely can't have the game sense to direct and lead players via structure and system. Sure he is inspiring with his aggression but a leader needs to be way more than that.

Grimes is the opposite.

I'd even consider Broad in the leadership group. Always speaks well, great player, experienced and has a huge crack.

Maybe it’s time to bite the bullet and go for someone younger who will grow with the team as we re build . The names id throw out there are Baker, D Rioli, Taranto, Graham and yes even J short.

Baker and Graham are two for mine ( without knowing how much support and respect they get from the players ) definitely someone younger though imo. Time to start a new chapter

Much much better from nank but still isn’t clunking any contested marks.

Thought he was beaten on the day, think the stats flatter him. On a few occasions was beaten way to easily by Finlayson.

He still does dumb things like giving away centre bounce free kicks - after we kick a goal . Momentum killer . Very frustrating.

Lynch would make a good captain except I’m not confident he’d be playing more than half the season so what would be the point.

Gee if only we had a first ruck who won hit outs and actually tapped them to advantage so Nank could play just second ruck and stand in the hole...... :shh

He tried hard in the contest but still making dumb errors and not clunking marks.

Hasn't been great for a couple of years IMO.
