Imo the simple fact is we need a younger ruckman around the 22 - 24 yo range and we need another junior ruckman maybe rookie or late nd pick.
Toby Nankervis is only 22 and while i have paid little attention to him he seems to be tracking along quite nicely.
I can see why Sydney would not want to lose him it is not as if they are bulging at the seams with quality front line ruckmen. If they were to lose Naismith Nankervis would be it.
What are you talking about- they have 2 other very good ruckman, all better than anything we have??

Nankervis and Naismith are the only two front line ruckmen they have.
Sinclair and Tippett are more fwd rucks. If i was looking for a genuine #1  ruckman i would not look at either
Any way who said their ruckmen are worse than ours what the hell are you gibbering about,
I'm not sure I'm gibbering  :lol
Sinclair is a ruck and plays forward sometimes.
Tipit is pretty good in the ruck too but just more valuable down forward as he is a good mark and kick for goal.
All 4 are better than anything we have.

I dont get it people bitch and moan like little girls about hampson and our ruck situation, yet when they look at a promising 22yr old who could play right away burt still hasa way to go they bitch and moan.

ffs we need a promising development ruckman we also need another junior.

Can anyone come up with a better option than Nankervis. FFS so many reactionaries on this site.
We all agree we want better than Hampson yet most dont want a bar of anyone older than 24  so what the hell does it leave. WE COULD TRADE INTO A TOP 20 PICK AND HAVE A CRACK AT TIM ENGLISH !!!!. I can see how that will go down with people around here.

He's too wise and too often correct. People don't like it

But Hampson trains well.

the only positive is the flog might not be around after round 10 to damage yet another players career

And Caddy might win a brownlow but neither are likely.
