This pick worries me. I hope they did due diligence by interviewing this kid in the lead up to the draft as he fits the 'go home' profile. We can't afford to speculate with our first pick.

You're not an Owl, just a pidgeon. It is a rhetorical 'marker in time' that I can refer back to if proven right. See, I try to differentiate myself from Minions who attempt to prove themselves right 'after the fact'. I should have added that the usual 'snowflakes' would be triggered by it and I would have had two victories already!

Makes for a refreshing change from some posters who try to prove themselves right after the fact that they are proven wrong.

Don't really understand how he gots a go home profile.

The kid boarded away from home at Wesley College.

Bit like Cyril boarding at high school. Great experience for him I would say???

Yes I know.

However, it's still not at "home".

He's spent the last however many years living outside of his family bubble.

Don't give us the poos oracle, tell us bout this "go home profile".  Any player that is recruited from interstate fits that so you are hardly making some stuffing Nostradamus riddle worth a poo

Happy to be proven wrong (Rioli's intervention may help) and the other 2 picks were reasonable given our needs and the kids available at each selection.
