OK then, but we want Fitzroy & Sth Melbourne back & we will then quite happily go back to being the VFL!  WC, Freo, Adelaide, Port, GWS & GC can all start their own competition & survive without all the AFL hand outs & TV rights then!
Goodbye whingers ... & good luck with that!
You wanted to join so we let you ... but we could also change our minds too!     :thumbsdown

Is an absolute hack he [Cotchin] wouldn’t get a game at sides with good midfields like west coast, Giants and Dogs etc. He has had one good year in his career.

He will never be a Brownlow medallist Watson is the worthy winner. Like I said one good year in his career that’s why he got AA. Plenty of spuds play in premierships and there quite a few premiership captains over the years are spuds Cotchin and Maxwell come to mind.

Won’t get any more Richmond’s two premiership era is over but a very good era it was.

He might be a good leader but he is a very average footballer wouldn’t get a game at the dogs.

Stupidity and Narcotics must be in big supply at the moment. These bludgers will lose their minds when Cotch lifts the 2020 premiership cup at at 5.30pm on tne last Saturday  in September next year.

Hawthorn, c/wood and Richmond are favored by there mates at HQ every year by giving them 7 or 8 home games in a row when every other team has to stuff about. There supporters dont give a toss about the other teams as long as there looked after thats all that matters. A huge example is this : West Coast won the 2018 GF, yet our first game this year was the longest trip in football to Brisbane. Tell me when ever has either of the 3 teams mentioned ever had to travel like that after winning a GF ?? NEVER. At the start of the 2018 season Hawthorn left Melbourne once in the first 8 rounds , this year Richmond got gifted 7 home games in a row at the end of the season WHY ???
Imagine the cry’s and whimpering if the Eagles or Dockers got 8 games in a row at home , the tears would be worse than Noah’s flood. but its ok for the 3 teams though isn’t it – Narcissism at the highest level, bias and totally unfair. You can’t deny it, unfortunately it’s real and factual.

Again these nuffers do not think through the ramifications of their saltiness.

So lets give West Coast games in a row at Optus Stadium.

Then watch the whinging when the Perth based Eagles supporters have to go two months without being able to watch their team in Perth. Not to mention the wear and tear on their players travelling each weekend for two months

Or, a golden run with injury (ha!) like Richmond had. A freak year where everything goes right for no particular reason (that's called luck).

PS. I couldn't give a rats how many members Richmond have and frankly if you do, you've been sucked in by the AFL/RFC publicity. There's a reason they don't separate their membership revenue from their merchandise sales in their annual report and that's because they don't want it to be obvious how many limited-access and Auskick memberships they sell. They also sought to increase membership by moving their training ground first to Craigieburn and the Cardinia - that's what a struggling club does, it's not something to be used as a blueprint by strong clubs. There's nothing wrong with Collingwood's membership numbers, we're still the biggest drawing club in the league on match day.

That's why I don't care how many members Richmond has - we're still #1 for BUMS ON SEATS despite them having 17k more members than us. That's why I said you got sucked in by the headline and your response didn't do anything to change my perception of that.

You're kidding, right? Richmond premiership is surely tainted because of massive home ground advantage.

Rance's retirement didn't stop the sookies calling up on SEN

Collingwood fan - "It's sad we'll be robbed next year from seeing De Goey destroy Rance again like last time they played on each other."

Eagles fan - "Sad to see the second-best defender in the game retire."

Most sensitive AFL supporters award

Kane Cornes
SEN
20 December 2019

Richmond

It was a really tough field for this award, but Richmond fans are the winners. Not only are they the most sensitive, they also have the shortest memory. Whenever something is said about the precious Tigers, such as, “they had the biggest fixture free-kick in the history of the game this year” the text machine lights up with abuse.

You can’t even look sideways at coach Damien Hardwick or any of the players for that matter, even though it was only three years ago that 85% of you Tigers fans wanted the coach and captain gone. It was a really tight race, but the Richmond faithful are very deserving of this award.

The guy is a goose but a cleverish one, pretty simple to bait the biggest and most passionate supporter base to get all the hits he needs and therefore boost his career.
Would love to see the Tiger army just completly ignore him and watch his career go down the drain.
