Dimma said RCD keeps his spot in the side.

'Riley will play. We were really impressed with how he went about it. Had 11 contested possessions on the night. We always knew he would be a better player at AFL level. He's just got to build on that. There's things he needs to work on but he also has a number of strengths we like. Just needs to work on bringing those again'.

What I liked about RCD's debut is he was able to stand up in tackles. He wasn't easily bumped off the ball as most young players are.

He kept getting to the contest and have an affect on play. Was still going late in the game and was streaming forward with the ball when the final siren went.

Can play. Now to get games into him.

Richmond debuted Riley Collier-Dawkins and immediately threw him in at 70 per cent of their centre bounces.

Agree thought he was good, like the team average second half

Needs to stay in, he’s going toe to toe with big names

I liked how he was willing to take it on a couple of times but if kicking inside fifty he must kick to the advantage of the forwards and not just bomb it in.

Like everyone else he went missing in the third with donuts he may have been on the bench for most of it I can’t remember now.
The club that keeps giving.

On a night when the majority went either missing, didn't show up at all or just had a stinker I thought he was OK

Did a couple really good things in the last when 9thers had given up

RCD had 63% TOG. 14 disposals 2 marks 6 tackles and 1 clearance

At least he is showing he has talents. Work in progress. Get game time into now

Imagine how much easier it will be for him with some inside grunt like Prestia and Cotchin in the team helping him. That also goes for Dusty they are being overwhelmed atm.
