Excellent. Coming along well.

Playing AFL level has done him the world of good - as I am proud to say I said it would!

Absolutely no surprise with how he is going.

Needed time, we gave him time and we are seeing the results

Said in the "expectation" thread that once he gets in he will stay in  ;D

Though he started slow but did some really good inside work. I like how he’s gaining some real confidence and looks like he wants to take on the opposition.

I agree with other posters that he will definitely get better once the senior players come back to help.

The club that keeps giving.

Matthew Lloyd talking about RCD on the AFL website:

"When you're made to wait you're a better player when you come in. At other clubs Collier-Dawkins would've already been playing for 12 months but he's been made to wait because of star-studded midfield and he was wonderful. He kicked goals, he lowered his eyes inside 50. Just the way he lowered his eyes there [to Castagna in the 3rd qtr] is a sign of a mature player who has played VFL a lot and been made to wait and he'll be a better player for it."

RCD in his interview on the ABC on Sunday basically said the same thing- that he appreciated when you made to wait you are better player when you come in.

Clearly still needs to work on a few things but under the circumstances don't reckon he would've lost any fans tonight... :shh

He’s a keeper along with Balta, Bolton, Baker and possibly Ralphsmith. After that, our under 24’s look like they’re limited
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

I mostly agree but I want to see if MRJ, Coleman Jones and Miller can add to the list.

Of all our kids Collier Dawkins seems most capable of becoming a very good AFL player. His breakaway from a contest ability gives him a big chance in making it at AFL level.

If Cumberland is over his knee then he might surprise you.

Also not writing Martyn off just yet. Just needs to get use to the speed in AFL

Martyn is too slow for AFL. Just like Corey Ellis.

Jack Graham is a solid second string mid
