I reckon we still need a big bodied midfielder.

Fyfe went 20 in the draft after we picked up “BigGirlsBlouse” Griffiths at pick 19.

We didn’t learn any lesson from that disaster because only a few years later we passed on Patrick Cripps believing “LazyArse” Lennon was of superior quality at pick 12.

I know we didn’t need them to win two premierships but my point is that it is possible to snare a potential future champion if you don’t pass on that type of midfielder

I think we need to have a better first pick to try and get someone like Dylan Stephens from Norwood. how we do it I don't know but getting closer to a top 10 pick could be important. Will Gould at 106kgs has lost me as a supporter. You cant be 6'2 and weigh in at 106kgs. Its outrageous. Dylan Stephens is my most wanted player for the Tigers  at the Draft.

Adam Carafa and Hugo Ralphsmith I expect to be selected with our later picks if available.

how do we get a pick around 10 or a pick inside 15.
Really like Kemp and it will take a top 10 pick. Also like the look of McAsey and he could be there somewhere between 10 and 15.
The other one i like whos a good sized mid and hes also had injuries Cooper Stevens.

Need to trade picks 19 + 38 + 56 (1,607 points) to the likes of:
Melbourne - pick 8 (1,551)
Carlton - pick 9 (1,469)
Fremantle - pick 10 (1,395)

Or maybe 19 + 39 + 41 (1,806) could get it done. Fremantle has pick 7 also (1,644).

Then go to the draft with 3 picks.

Have to hope that they need the points for bidding etc, which isn't too likely I should think.

Just another pick in the early twenties would probably do , maybe target Freo's pick 22 -as that would likely give us a shot at both De Koning & Rivers/Stephens.....- of course if the AFL hadn't completely shafted us over the Ellis compo we wouldn't need to worry... >:( we could also chuck in future picks if required but reckon we'll hang on to them as there could be up to three academy kids  (definitely Baxter, probably Dwyer & possibly Agog)  as well as MJ next year that we might need to match bids for ... :shh

A top 3 player has a very good chance of playing 200 games, pick 20 not so good,
