Honestly don't mind him & Tahlia.  Cost nothing in trades or picks. If they can stay fit they're great players.
And by the way, FU Norf.

Astbury knocked back a 2 year deal! Now we’re scrabbling to find a replacement.

True story, even the above article mentions Astbury “knocked back a contract to stay”

While you have Cotchin, Jack etc why wouldn't you load up in areas of deficiency.

Astbury knew he was slow and stuffed.

Houli didn't know, but he was just as bad.

Tarrant has stayed on the park quite consistently. Missed 1 game in each of the last 2 seasons with the exception of recovery from kidney surgery. Could potentially be a better option than Talia.

Talia or Tarrant provide time for Miller and Nyuon to continue their development. They are both 1-2 years away from senior footy- 22+ game season at the highest level. We still have an extremely strong list however with Astbury hanging up the boots it does leave us a little exposed down back. This is why the club offered a further year to Asbury as they know this. Prudent play to get one of them in me thinks :shh
