Agreed, Colombia can and I bloody hope they do beat them.

The best team to watch by a country mile and their fans seem like a great bunch

Brazil paying a huge price with their win over Colombia with Neymar gone from the tournament with a cracked vertebrae and Thiago Silva suspended for their semi final clash with Germany.

Would have to say that Germany right now are favourites. Brazil look battered, bruised and uninspiring. Thankfully for Brazil David Luiz set piece was the difference.

great goal. Il be honest i thought he was stalling the clock but i have not seen neymar play that way the whole tournament.

Its a shame he seems like a nice bloke who grew up in the slums with Luiz and Silva.

Silva also out Dom. Hope Germany smash em and line up against Dutch.

Mentioned Thiago Silva was out suspended Angus.

Still think Argies will meet Germany in the final. Dutch have a few injury worries in the defensive midfield. Reckon Argentina will exploit that with Messi, Higuain and Aguero.

This World Cup is going to South America. :thumbsup

Brazil have no shortage of cover with the like of Bernard willian Dante

The could play a 7th string 11 and they wouldn't be too shabby

So could the Germans for that matter. They play like clockwork.
The 1st string Germans will beat the 2nd string Brazilians.

So glad that Costa Rica are out

Playing for a draw was very boring to watch.

They would have done the same against Argentina

Argentina v Dutch, Germany v Brazil

I saw somewhere a Brazilian 11 from each major city in brazil, several teams
- the equivalent of a Australian side from people only from Perth, Melbourne

And each one was rather strong , a few very much so

I had Belgium as the dark horse. Coach was shyte playing defensive full backs  both of them natural center backs

and poor tatics in general. IMO. Would have loved to see them play a back 3, drop van buyten and have the balls to play
Adnan Januzaj.
No shame in losing to messi Argentina but

 :nope

They are copping an old fashion ass pumping in their own backyard and it's good to see to be honest

Couldn't cover the loss of those 2 it seems. Some of those defenders were like statues in those set pieces

I've backed the Krauts in since the start. Didn't really mention it to anyone or claiming I know a thing or two as I'm not the biggest follower of the game but been growing on me heaps the past few years due to wog in laws. I've always enjoyed and followed the Bundesliga the most and when I saw blokes like Großkreutz, Götze, Draxler, Ginter etc can't crack the 11 I just thought that is some serious depth and sheer quality on the field.

Our family name is of Saxon viking heritage too so if I want to clutch at straws I can say Germany is my team after Aus (even though our family migrated here from south western England  :lol :whistle)

Gotze should get a gig instead of klose

If reus was fit and was playing in klose position they'd be unbelievable
