Jack is now equal 4th on Richmond's all-time goalkicking chart with Michael Roach on 607 career goals.

Titus       970
Richo      800
Bartlett   778
Riewoldt  607*
Roach     607
Harris     548
Dyer       443
Hart       369

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Aside: Jack would be ticked off about us losing for one extra reason. If we had made it through then he'd be playing his 250th on Grand Final day next Saturday.

Barring injury, now he has to wait until at least round 1 next year against the Bluebaggers for the milestone (or even round 2 if fatherhood calls first).

Jack Riewoldt’s (607) first goal of 2019 will see him move to outright fourth on Richmond’s all-time list.

He currently shares that spot with Michael Roach on 607.

Dustin Martin (218) has 12 goals to go in order to replace Tigers footy boss Neil Balme (229) in 14th place at Tigerland.

Jack outsmarted the rules committee as well as Frawley.

THE ‘DOUBLE 50’ REARS ITS (UGLY) HEAD — AGAIN

Footy fans, get ready to be outraged.

We’d already seen it during the pre-season but fans saw another 100m penalty (two 50s) when Jack Riewoldt received a 50 on the wing in the third term - courtesy of Liam Shiels’ tummy tap on Jack Graham.

With James Frawley intent on getting ahead of the Tiger to man the mark, Jack was on to it, alert to the rule and hit the brakes to allow Frawley to catch him — and get inside the allowed, protected area.

The umpire seized on the Hawk’s indiscretion and marched him another 50m to the goal line. Jack said thanks by booting one of his three third-term goals.
