I'd be interested as to whether the RFC spokeswoman really did say "you can draw your own conclusions" when the journo called. These sorts of meetings should take place at a time when the spokeswoman is at home in bed or "out for morning tea".
Nonetheless if we aren't going to sack Wallace now we never are, the upside in sacking him is ever evaporating (even though I think we should have several rounds ago when we were still in with an outside finals chance and still think he is lucky to have a job) and to get the message through to the boneheads in the media March should just say that Wallace will be coaching out the season, no ifs buts or maybes about it and to go somewhere else if you are digging for a story.
