My sources tell me Astbury is fine and will play this week vs scumwood...

lol not doubting you Goo but for better or worse there's some bullcrap that flies around these forums.
Most of it comes from jackstar

Well, he had injection yesterday, wait and see

An injection?

I find that extremely hard to believe that a developing KKP is given a jab to get up for a NAB Challenge game in his first season..

they all have jabs, Astbury has had a cortezone to try and get him through his injury, if it doesnt clear up, its long term you will find

Well done Jack. I had a feeling that you were more on the pulse with this one with the details you provided earlier.  :thumbsup

@Jack.  We were talking about injuries.  I thought it would be a nice change of pace to talk about one of our players coming back earlier than expected.

@al.  What?

Eliminating heel pain with an injection plays a significant role in reducing the changes in a patient's gait.

He said the injury happened in Tassie, basically his leg went one way and his heel and foot twisted the other

that would seem to indicate an ankle/Achilles problem you'd think.
