Maric is much better than Graham . . . people are comparing stats he has collated based on being a second string ruckman in games. If he was number 1 ruck choice like Graham is, his numbers would poo all over Gus.

Houli couldn't get a game at Essendon last year. There are more reasons then form as to why a player doesn't get picked each week, look at Port last 5 years, giving games based on merit alone.
I don't think the reasoning why Maric has not been getting a game matters as the trade and what price we pay for it (if any if he goes PSD) should be based on what he has done in his career thus far.
I prefer to get him PSD and not lose anything for him like the Houli situation last year.
I agree Tucker, we shouldn't pay anything over a 3rd rounder for him, or a straight swap for a Nason type player. PSD is my preferred option unless we have someone better planned for there.
My previous comment was simply stating he cant be judged on his stats (which were collated on limited game time) and that not being selected every week proves nothing, as this could be for many other reasons.
