How many times does it need to be done. How many times do people need to ignore it.Nankervis, Lynch, Prestia who we also kept for experience, Short who they keep playing, Broad, Vlastuin, Balta has over 100 games Ross, Hopper, Taranto, Kossie, Mansell, Lefau, Young, Miller. Are all mature players aged 24 or more. 9 of em have at least 100 games and the majority of the rest have been on the list for 3 or more years.Experienced is an excuse. Richo is entitled to his opinion but boy i rarely ever listen to what he has to say because he is always wrong.Simply put the argument is not about experience. its about 1/ how well he plays 2/ what he actually brings on game day and 3/ the biggie to be asked is he taking the spot away from a kid simply because of sentiment? On All three he gets a fail. Why would it have been so hard to keep him around the club in some sort of capacity without putting him on the list. Anyone want to answer that one?He would have made a good leader for all the kids that are coming playing VFL.Think you're wrong on this oneMate i get plenty wrong but on this i think im right.I have already shot the we need him for experience call down. Something his defenders just plain ignore. We are not bereft of mature and experienced players. Anyone want to actually put up an opposing argument here? There is no call for us to keep him solely for that reason. In fact it is wrong. imo we are not short of experienced players or more to the point that devoid of them that we have to desperately hang onto underperformers like McIntosh. I have given a pretty decent list to suggest im right. There is nothing but he is good around the club and he has high training standards. That is the pro's for giving him another year on the list. Thanks but no thanks for me.Another question apart from the shot down experience crap. given the other two things they think we need to keep him for, why would we not get him off the list as we are wasting a spot and denying someone a go on the list. What is so hard about finding a role for him within the club either coaching or even playing VFL. Anyone want to answer.Iv'e been happy to go into his form, his stats his foibles on field and the players who need to be tried in his role. All just ignored so why bother again. Are we having a debate ? well only one side is making any relevant points here..Seems it does not suit the pro crowd to enter into a factual debate nope lets just be ignorant and ignore it again. At least i list good reasons why we should not keep him, all i get back is the spurious oh he is good around the club and he trains hard.Mate given that you went salty and MIA when we got the 2017 flag after all the nonsense you said beforehand I think we can agree you get plenty wrong from time to time and maybe aren't the best judge of where the club is at culturally etc.I think the club is better positioned now than it has been most of the last 40 years. If they see benefit and value in keeping KMac I agree and support their decision. So im not allowed to have a go back after that one bringing up something from 8 years ago. If thats not a personal shot what is.

I’ll have a crack as for a reason they might have kept him.And I might add I was on the fence regarding whether to do so and didn’t care whichever way they went.My thoughts. He plays a position requiring gut running and he covers a lot of territory. Something that often takes the kids aerobically a couple of pre-seasons to be able to do at his levels. We lost Graham (another who covers territory and Pickett, the other winger)Maybe they see a role that K-Mac and his ability to gut run both ways on a wing will be able to do that the kids won’t.

Talk about precious. and selective after all the narcissistic posts he has thrown my way.
