We should have won this pretty easily, coaching staff weren't fussed with cotch, Lids and martin on the pine for the last 5-10 minutes

Don't stress WAT, two guns off the field for the last 5 or so minutes. Dimma obviously wanted the young blokes to have a lesson in closing out a game. Oh, and without Ivan we are screwed, Derrickx not up to it, clearances galore for Nort.

Very disappointing to lose the 2nd game but IMHO we have Norf covered. They were playing a really strong squad and we had players out and Cotch, Lids and Dusty were all sitting on the pine in the last minutes. We had lots of kids playing. When we had our full compliment we were good. I think we have improved in terms of our effort and awareness (although this went out the window in the last 2 minutes of Norfs game)

I really like Ellis who was excellent today really seems to have improved and Vlastuin was also very good. Has fantastic awareness and will be a good player. Overall it was a very good hit out for us tonight. I was pleased as a supporter but it could have been better had we held on in the second game.

Admit we are screwed without Marric! Just watching Currie, I know it's only one game but he showed more in one game than Derix and Stephenson's career put together! We. Really needed that extra pick within the 50's last year

We are in desperate need of a second ruckman and if we can find another quality midfielder with some decent leadership ability we will be right in the van
