:lol :lol :lol

Just finished L.A Noire  :thumbsup

My biggest beef is actually two things, but kind of one. It's linear. An open world sandbox game but nothing to do. GTA and RDR at least had little missions or events if you went exploring. LA had nothing except for some collectables and dialog while driving or the occasional emergency call but was always across the other side of the map. The other part is it didn't matter how much information you gathered from crime scenes or how well you interrogated suspects, none of them were guilty anyway.

But it was an awesome concept and executed quite well but was really lacking. Have you played Sleeping Dogs? One of the most underrated GTA like sandbox games in recent years IMO.

New Bungie game looks wikid

Destiny looks awesome. Been following this one for a while. Ryse looks really good too but it's currently XB1 exclusive. Crytek aren't owned by Micro$oft though so I reckon in time it will come out on PS4 and PC too.

Really hanging for Witcher 3 but that's not until next year :( so far looks like most of the release titles are going to be current and next gen. Some really good new IPs on the way though ;D

Agree and those little missions are never anything different than each other or even the main parts. Could've tried mixing them up a little bit.
I was getting told about Sleeping Dogs just the other day but I haven't played it, it sounds like it'd be good though.

Might have to have a look.

Have they got a price on the ps4 yet or is it still placeholder price? Reckon I'll end up with most those games except AC4  :outtahere

Not sure if you played or were a fan of the newest AFL live game, but apparently they've all but confirmed AFL Live 2

Keen for AFL Live 2. Me and my mates used to play 2v2 which was more fun than playing against or with a computer because you could set up overlaps and stuff making a more authentic game. Graphics were crap though  :lol last time I played a season on my own though Foley won the Brownlow and Jack won the Coleman and kicked 10 in the grannie vs the Swans  :lol

So am I, as long as they add a bit to it like seasons and stuff, but that's been done to death so no point me going on about what else needs to be done.
:lol Last time I did and I didn't like the brownlow winner (Swans player maybe?) so I turned it off. When I went back on forgetting I finished the season they gave a Richmond player the brownlow  :lol

I was having a look at the Rugby Live 2 game that the same company made and they added career mode and stuff. So hopefully that's the kind of stuff they add into AFL Live 2 to bring it up to par with every other sports game.

I've wanted to get that game for a while but I'm stingy and when it came out at $89 or $99 whatever it was I thought it was a bit steep

Really cheap from JB now. I nearly got it too just for the sake of it but besides The Last of Us which I grabbed tonight (I knew it was tagged 'survival horror' but I thought that was loose, but no it's horrifying and I'm going to poo myself) I'm not buying any more games at all, with the exception of PC games from Steam, until PS4.  ;D

Really enjoying The Last of Us. Graphics are amazing and story is great. It's a lot like the movie The Road. Really immersive story driven games IMO have no replay value but the experience is often worth it.

Fanboys are now carrying on that if this were the case at E3 then X1 would have won. Conveniently forgetting the PS4 has better hardware and far more dev friendly than the PS3 which still had some of the greatest exclusives anyway.

Means I'll probably look at getting a X1 next year or something for Forza and Ryse  :cheers

Despite the new classifications and the R18+ rating, a bloke with the ridiculous name of Donald McDonald from the ACB has refused classification for Saints Row 4.  :banghead

How much more over the top could it have gone from SR3 which was MA15+? You could beat people up with a giant purple dildo, and the mission where you rescue the gimp dude in a pony cart had me in tears. Looks like I'll be importing this one.
