Agree.  Hampson's major liability is his inability to have a presence around the ground. To win over his doubters he needs to show significant improvement in this area. A two year extension was not warranted. The statement by WP that "it is an indictment on the RFC that this bloke is our best option in the ruck" is spot on the mark. We will not progress until we get a better ruckman.
