Hampson's half-time summary:

1st qtr:

* Opponent Zac Smith takes a free mark inside Geelong's F50. Geelong's first goal.
* Tap on HBF throw-in straight to Zac Smith.
* Centrebounce tap after our first goal that allowed the Geelong mid to run onto. Resulted in the Cats 2nd goal.
* Ball-up on HFF, free tap straight down to Scott Selwood.

2nd qtr

* Good defensive mark. Kick to Floss was risky (1 vs 2). Floss gets a free.
* Contest at HFF. We regain possession for a goal to Lloyd.
* Crumbs, breaks tackle and snaps a goal around the body  :gobdrop  :rollin.
* Centrebounce tap to Cotch's feet under pressure who runs over it. Cats gather loose ball.
* Stanley gets the tap against Hampson at centrebounce and following ball-up.
* Dropped contested mark 30m out from our goal.
* Marking attempt on wing spoiled by Geelong opponent.
* Touched ball on the defensive line stops a Geelong goal.
* Overruns ball on the deck in D50.
* Mark on wing of down the line kick.

Am sitting right behind the ball as it sailed thru

I think half the stadium were sitting behind the kick the way it wobbled everywhere before miraculously finding it's way through the sticks. I guess it doesn't matter how it goes through, only that it does.

Don't forget letting Smith peel off and almost take an easy mark in the F50 only for his own teammate to spoil it. Almost cost us 2 goals

Hampson summary:

3rd qtr:

* Backwards tap at centrebounce misses Dusty and Selwood gets the clearance.
* Defensive throw-in taps inside to Houli. We go coast-to-coast for Lloyd's 3rd goal.
* Attempted handball at centrebounce misses Miles.
* Nil-all draw with Stanley at throw-in on outer HBF.
* Another nil-all draw on the members wing against Stanley.
* Wins tap and collects his own footy and handballs to Houli. Resulting play leads to Jack's goal.
* Helps Stanley tap it to Dusty at centrebounce.
* Contested mark at HBF after kick-in.
* Dropped contested mark inside F50 just before Grigg's goal.
* Clean centrebounce tap to Miles.
* Ordinary kick to Hampson when he was clear on the lead (spoiled by 3rd Geelong man in).

For all his good stuff today the above was disgraceful. Negates a lot of the good. Because it was a major contribution to us losing.
