Not having a go at anyone in particular but, you cannot judge someones ability in 3-4 games. If he's still making the same mistakes at the end of the season then you can start to see a pattern emerge but right now, the bloke hasn't been in the system for 5 minutes, is still learning the right running patterns, still building a fitness base and still understanding what is required to play the role which is likely very different to what he's played in the past.  For the time being just happy to see what he can bring as a raw unfit player.

Rubbish

If llyod. Gordon griff mcdonuts Elton types have one bad game they Are dropped

Edited for accuracy😉

Tough gig the specialist small forward especially in an ordinary team.

I like him because he makes the most of limited opportunities.
In saying that he's going to have to keep kicking goals due to his physical limitations.

stuff me @ looks slow.
cant be that slow if he can get the ball and kick goals, as well as lay tackles.

Paul Broderick was slow, but as with natural footballers rather than athletes, their football nouse and awareness more than makes up for it.

And my thoughts than your thoughts."

Brodders was a gun.

Would love to have him involved with the coaching

Paul Broderick was only slow in straight line leg speed. In all other facets of the game he was like lightning.  His hands and mind were elite. No comparison here I'm afraid.
Lloyd is different.  Not quick at all but knows where to run and is always dangerous around the goals.  Rare to have a tiger player with natural goal sense. Will get better with time.
OER. Calling it as it is since 2004.

It's not just about goals as a small forward as we all know. Lloyd will also be marked on his ability to pressure the opposition defenders and trap the ball inside the attacking 50m.

Have to keep in mind how far back this kid is coming from. Forget his age, he has basically come from local footy a few years ago. Still learning the game while trying to catch up on 5 years of fitness  in terms of training at the elite level..
He deserves a little leeway.
I like the kid.
