But Edwards has had a couple of good years!
You even said so yourself :huh

That and keeping players like  Edwards (sorry but two good years does not suffice)

I think we should of pursued Greenwood more

No I disagree, Edwards two years have been solid that trumps Greenwoods one year in my opinoin.
And no I'm not brain dead, it's just confusing trying to follow your posts when your trying to say that some of us are satisfied with Edwards one good year when he's really had two good years. If you just got your facts right in the first place there wouldn't be this confusion and you wouldn't have to revert to name calling.

Not sure how one year suffices though? 1 out of 8 just isn't good enough

Shane Edwards is a jet. Top three in contested possession, clearances etc. At tigerland   :shh

Greenwood is a fatty. Slow as a wet week, forgot to learn to kick.

imo edwards is yet to put together a complete season.  he continues to have some very ordinary games  every yr. how soon we forget the start of the yr.
what does it say about our clearance winners when a bloke whos played just a handful of games can come off the rookie list and totally dominate  clearances and c/ps.

the laughs just keep on coming . it hilarious to hear you nuffies talking edwards up as a jet  :o :o . the over rating goes on in earnest.

its sad really quick to put the boots into opposition players, its not game day fellas you can take the blinkers of and have an unbiased discussion, , but no all opposition players are duds and you remain  oblivious to our players weaknesses and defend em to the hilt.

agreed. Edwards had a very good back half but thats what he should deliver on a regular basis to achieve this "jet status" that these blokes claim he is.

Good half last year and good half i think in 2011 or 2012 as well so all in all, 2 good half seasons of football in his whole career of 150 games.

lets compare that to garlett who no one wanted for pick 123.

100 games for jeffrey, 50 fewer than our jet, 183 goals 82 more than our jet

less disposals though but that generally happens when you play 50 fewer games.

Was worth a shot garlett was, but the RFC thought its best to give thomas a 2 year extension and newman another year.

So career to date you believe Greenwood has been better performed? You yourself bang on about actual performance and history would suggest Edwards has had a better career to date.

Thomas two years?? Get some facts before you post ;)
Secondly you can't compare Edwards to Garlett seriously, they play completely different positions :huh

Just posting what I heard on Sen from connolly and Hutchy

2 years and they spoke about it at length how re-signing him was a mistake

I can compare any player I choose to and most of  his 150 average games were played in the same position

Edwards has not put a full season together. When he does come back to me

If your going to compare players at least compare apples with apples.
Garlett V Edwards is a poo comparison.
