You are aware that with the retirements + these 2 de-listings we've freed up 6 spots on the list.

That we've delisted 2 blokes that have zero currency?

Also, there will be more changes between now and the first official list lodgement? Why delist anyone else now when there is a chance you can trade them? Eg those out of contract who haven't re-signed

Suggest people take a collective deep breath and see how the entire FA & trade period plays out over the next 4 weeks rather blowing a "woofer" valve on day 2 of said period  :thumbsup

Officially no, but clubs out of the finals are already talking

So plenty going on behind the scenes   :thumbsup

Thought with the retirements and other probable delistings that we could have persisted with McDonough. Didn't get enough of a crack after doing all he could in the twos IMO.

This is the perfect time to ensure Matt stays on as a VFL player. Other clubs seem to do this well and so should we. He is a solid VFL player.

Really bummed about the biscuit. I feel he can really offer something if given a decent crack and not played out of position

How many years do you give a guy before you decide there no good?
Eff me both these guys have proven not once or twice but several times that there just not up to it!!
Good luck with whatever the future brings lads with a bit of luck you'll become someone else's problem.

Yes I'm aware of it thanks, I'm aware of it all. Just amazes me that we delist two that we never gave a chance to

Would've thought Matt Dea & Nathan Gordon would ahead of both - particularly McDonuts who I agree was consistently good in the 2's but given no real go in the 1's.
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.
