de;listings are fair call but I would have still thought lkikes of Thomas, dea , astbury could have been cut maybe astbury for trade the other 2 lets me honest cant find places in our team and if we are to grow its not through them... Not sure were morris sits and also Gordon we all know its either Gordon or llyold playing. Hampson well who knows what we are thinking there he is a hell of a lot cheaper then kruezer but has a 1-2 years left in him maric has 1-02 years left griffo ty cant ruck all games

Great, delist the two guys that were never given a fair crack at it...FFS, this club.. :banghead :banghead :banghead

Also, there will be more changes between now and the first official list lodgement? Why delist anyone else now when there is a chance you can trade them? Eg those out of contract who haven't re-signed

Why wouldn't you save everyone for when trade period comes up and delist after? Not arguing with the choice of people delisted but why couldn't they wait?

I think that the answer to that is that they are being nice to the players. The club probably knows their trade value (i.e. nobody wants them) from trying to trade them previously. Keeping them on the list till after the trade period would not allow them to talk to other clubs, maybe signal their intentions to join any of them (even as rookies) and thus allow these clubs a chance to review their lists and consider them as possibilities. Their is no advantage to to the club holding onto them.
OER. Calling it as it is since 2004.

Both delistings were good at getting contested possessions and clearances yet they are the first to go. We need inside mids. I hope they recruit a quality inside mid. Miles can't be expected to carry the entire team.

McDonough is very stiff!

Re-rookied?

Arnot was played out of position in the AFL but wasn't dominate in VFL playing as that midfielder.

There is a player named Shaun Grigg who continually does FA in big matches and continually flys under the radar!

He would be first i would kick out!

Would keep Astbury, replace Chaplin.

Batchelor got destroyed and is not a key defender! Would offer him up for trade.

It's easy to get rid of blokes who don't get a game at RIchmond.

I want them to get rid of the ones who ARE getting a game.

That's what defines good admin.

Why would you delist the ones getting a game? Wouldn't it make more sense to aim for them to become depth (or trade them)

what does it say about them, when they have no trade value?
