Why isn't C Ellis a gun player by now or at least a regular. We know he can kick well.

C Ellis  :huh3

2nd year in the system? Been injured the 2nd half of this season and missed a number of games. So he wasn't exactly available

Extremely harsh singling this kid  :-\

I want to like this kid but let's be honest, he is as weak as pis5.. We are littered with guys that refuse and simply cannot tackle properly.
He has a lot of work to do IMO.
It's ok to be a good kick but if he ends up another Houli we are stuffed!!
WE NEED TO DRAFT COMPETITIVE BEASTS. NOT SHY SOFT BOYS.

The Melbourne footy club realised they had to do this about 4 years ago and have recruited really well in this department with some real tough completative kids coming through.
IMO they will make the finals next year.

Hardwick next please  :pray

He is staying

Makes sense.

Get new assistants in, sack Dimma after we're 1-7 and the new coach is stuck with a bunch of assistant coaches he doesn't want.

Latest rumour Voss has been interviewed for an assistants role

That would be a great start, I mean he has done so well at his previous 2 clubs in a coaching role
Currently a member of the Roupies, and employed by the great man Roup.

Richmond Tigers dump five coaches

Caroline Wilson
The Age
29 August 8:00pm

Further dismissals are expected with calls for the club to consider bringing Neil Balme from Collingwood to mentor the less experienced Richardson.

Balme has been demoted by Collingwood and both him and the Magpies list manager Derek Hine have been left disenchanted with the appointment of Graeme Allan to the role of director of football — a move the club bosses had denied to them would happen after Allan returned to the Magpies in May.

We dont have a director of football (although I thought that was Tony Frees role for a while. ?)

At collingwood, Balme was director of football.

The football manager is someone by the name of Marcus Wagner

The football manager is someone by the name of Marcus Wagner

Tony Free is the board member "responsible" for footy so is/was called referred to as the Footy Director not Director of Football

Balme doesn't sit on the pies baord just like Free isnt a paid employee of the club.

The equivalent role at the RFC is the GM of Football being Richardson. Bascially head honcho of the footy department

We currently dont have a footy manager as such.

Not at Richmond,  GM of Footy is the equivalent of a Director of Footy at other clubs (source B Gale at a function)

We don't have a footy ops manager, Richardson covers that role, again as per Gale

Why is it, that people who have stuffed this club NOW get the chance to stuff it again, with their inept
Judgement and egotistical justifications?
Caracella and Balmey.

Would Balme be a good pick up for the club?
