Bolton, in his 18th senior game for Richmond, had an AFL career-high 26 disposals, six inside-50s, five clearances, nine score involvements, 492 metres gained, took an AFL career-high nine marks, kicked two goals and applied four tackles.
He thrived on more time through the midfield, where he used his elite pace and skill set to full advantage for the team.
The 20-year-old is averaging 13.9 disposals, 3.9 inside-50s and 3.4 marks per match in nine AFL appearances this season.
Among the competition’s eligible Rising Star contenders, he is ranked first for inside-50s per game, first for score involvements per game, third for bounces per game, sixth for centre clearances per game and ninth for goals per game (nine in total).
