Gotta keep him. How many other 190cm+ mids do we have on the list? Answer: one -- Kamdyn Mcintosh. Taranto and Hopper at 188 and 187 have addressed this a little, but I reckon if you have a 191cm mid like RCD starting to get big numbers in the VFL you keep him on the list.

Blair Hartley on trade radio just now said they told him and Stacky that they’d have to wait until after trade period to see where the list stood before they could see whether they’d be offered new deals.

Think with RCD it depends on a couple of things. From his end is there a team keen on him where he think he’d get better opportunities. From the clubs end are they planning on using both the late picks in the national draft. Given we didn’t lose any players to trade, I suspect if we are going to use both picks then RCD wouldn’t be offered a contract however if we are only using one then there may be a spot for him.

With stack I don’t think they’d consider putting him on the primary list so would need to be delisted and rerookied. I suspect both the club and stack would be happy with this as well have a few rookie spots available and I haven’t heard of any interest from other clubs in stack.

I personally would sign him up for 1 year.
