Just split the Coburg info (much appreciated Coburg FC  :cheers ) from the training thread to here so it doesn't get lost in other training discussion.

----------------------------------
Hamilton said that players not selected for the Challenge Cup game will play a practice match against a Richmond second-18 team at 2pm, Friday 26th February ay Highgate Reserve, Craigeburn (cnr Grand Blvd and Cleveland Drive - Mel 386 J3). Please Note: Fans are welcome to attend but there will be no public facilties at the oval (including no shade, seating or toilets).

"We would love to see a big crowd at both games," Hamilton said.

"The Challenge match against the Demons will naturally have plenty of interest but the practice game against Richmond's second-18 will also be a great chance for fans to get a good look at some of our young players of the future."

Friday's practice match at Craigeburn is free.

List is 99% done. Will advise full list next week.
We have acquired 8 players from the Cannons 09 list of which 7 played in the Grand Final.
Other notable signings are Sam Power,Justin Kahlefeldt from Southport and Shane Piuselli from Glenorchy

You guys are more on the ball than the RFC. They don't even have the players photos up yet.  :thumbsup
Does any club? Telstra runs the site, they all seem to get updated at the same time

That team has 12 players that have played AFL footy.  It's disappointing but again, not the end of the world.

That can't be right.  We'd only have 5 or so players in that, wouldn't we?

Bendigo/Essendon Goals according to BB:

Carlisle 4
Daniher 3
Neagle 2
Lovett-Murray 2
Hurley 1
Margilani 1
Silverlock 1
Shinners 1

Got to love Bomber fans taking this game seriously as far as Essendon goes  :wallywink. We flogged Coburg by 20+ goals two weeks ago so it's no guide to AFL form.

Final Score

Coburg/Richmond   0.1    1.6    1.8      2.11-23

Bendigo/Essendon   6.8   9.10  15.13   15.15-105

We won the last quarter lol. Bendigo practised keepings-off in the last 5 minutes and Coburg couldn't get near it.
