Get a big quality key forward (or two) up there next to Jack so he gets the 2nd or 3rd best defender each week. That will make him more dangerous to the opposition. At the moment we are using Jack and Mitch as our main goalscoring sources. They need help and more size next to them to help out and straighten the whole side up.

100% spot on. We should try and do a player for player trade to get this type of player.

YOUR TEAM'S X-FACTOR

Richmond:

Jack Riewoldt — If he can get his kicking right, he has all the tools required to be a dominant forward. Richo is irreplaceable, but Jack has real presence.

he  is actually is abit of an X factor ,problem is this.
he needs everything going all his way.
Cant have bad delivery( is what we usually dish up)
And cant have teamates bringing opposition into the direct contest.'
Is good one on one, but we have dumb players in our team.

If I was the coach, would only play him and a team mate inside F 50, everyone else up high .

Jack is going fine. Carrying a ridiculous load and needs help from the likes of Astbury & Griffiths(if they're any good) fast..

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...well depends just how good the wraps are on Goo and where they intend to use him and whether RR is ready to play senior footy

I really don't see Polly as much more than a stop gap and in his absence there is no big body to aid the front half set up of JR and MM...I tip that Polly will get the nod on account of that for the development of our other forwards

I see that as a waste of time personally but our cupboard is bare re KPFs.
I think in no way is he up to it, so if Polly's to be promoted it means that we have no one anywhere near as capable of playing that role.
I find that hard to believe personally.
Whatever Richo's retirement being felt hugely right now.

not sure where the B plan is then, if Griff, astbury had games under their belt and looked even a bit likely, id be right behind you, facts are they are not ready...If Posty spent even a poofteenth of his time forard I might agree, he spends zilch there...for the good of JR and MM they need some help...Id prob ignore the Pies game with the players up the ground we had, Barry Hall would have struggled

There were plenty of opportunities in the pies game, the ball just came back as quick as it went it, there lies the problem
