For one the members cap that every member gets is from their apparel sponsor ISC, rather than the no name brand like the RFC issues

Laser Engraved key ring, a wheelie bin sticker  ;D, a waterproof poncho, and a magnetic picture frame and then the stock standard lanyard  ;D

The membership I get because I am interstate is going to cost me $65 for all the goodies plus 2 tickets to an away game - so if they play the Storm I get free tickets.  :thumbsup

Yep the Richmond caps have pretty much most of the time been crapola!

So that's the record (12 wins in a row)?

Props to Billy Slater and Gareth Widdop for cradling David "Wolfman" Williams to keep him still until the medicos arrived.   :clapping :clapping Quite possibly could have saved him from further serious damage to his spine. Such a contrast to the rest of very spiteful match.

I wonder if any opposition AFL players would do the same for Hayden Ballantyne?  :lol

Just noticed my 9yo daughter bought home from school a "'Melbourne Storm Bag, Cost $1.00
Contained cap and other goodies.
She then went on to say that players from the Storm have attended her school twice in the last 2 months conducting clinics. etc.
She goes to school in Essendon,
She then went on to say that Essendon has only been once with 2 ""dud players"" that she hadnt heard of.
Guess, what, she now wants to go and watch the storm play now

I would say the Storm are my 2nd NRL team - Cowboys come first  ;D

But really do enjoy watching the NRL especially now we have AAMI Park - sensational venue with a great atmosphere

Looking forward to Sunday  :thumbsup

And not suprised by what you've said Jack - Storm have always been good at the schools, community stuff - seriously they put a lot of AFL Clubs to shame. Think it has a fair bit to do with trying to grow their "brand" and being the only team in town...

Melbourne Storm are supposed to be re-developing the Cross Keys footy oval (where Jason Moran was killed)

It is going to be a new training venue for them, the growth of rugby in the northern suburbs is really taking off. Especially up around the Craigieburn area.

Solid win by the Storm but the last 20 minutes were not great - poor actually

Need to play for the entire 80 mins against the likes of Wests, Manly to win a flag

Crown only just on 15k - very very poor IMHO

Premlim final will be in Melb - get on board folks

NRL were dumb to schedule the game at the same time 90k were going to be at the 'G and when the Wallabies were playing their opener in the Rugby World Cup.
