Because I post in this thread and Ive given McMahon heaps for his poor performances in some games, I think its only fair when he plays well that I come in here and say he had a good game. He was actually good tonight. So thats good to see.

I actually thought he really gave us something in the last qtr when we needed it, which was pleasing.

I have been critical of him only playing good when we are on top, but we were under the pump a bit early in the last qtr and he actually stood up. Well done Jordy

Yeah his attack on the footy in that final qtr was excellent.

His disposal was alot better this week too.

Pity he didn't ice that goal - would have capped off a really good game

I like this McMahon. Skills stood up, laid some good tackles and was more physical.

credit where credit is due and he played a blinder last night.

his attack on the ball and delivery was most pleasing.

look we all know he has the skills, i just want to see it against the better teams. starting against the swans.

big game last night thought he was in the votes.

loved his efforts out on the members wing. attacked the ball, won the ball and delivered it straight to i think richo it was..

was superb last night.

BOG IMHO.

Showed composure, speed, skill and class. Probably his bets game for the club. Has had a very solid season. A really damaging player.

I was pretty proud of Jordy last night.
Glad he showed those who gave him no chance to settle into his new club how stupid they were.
If he can play that kind of game nearly every week, there's no reason why he wouldn't be a 100 game player for us.

Go Jordy  :thumbsup

some supporters are funny critters when it comes to bagging players
for me you got to get rid of the (woof woof) & instill some roar & growl in a player to become a tiger
it takes time for some players to adapt to new clubs & the preasure expected of them from finals & flag starved supporters
he had no choice but to pull a good game out last night cause his number was up
yes he did stand up & its about time,  he had too some game, but he must continue to do the right things before his excepted by me

As for Morton the club has done the right thing dropping him
he became a passenger the last 2 previous games & games dont come cheap anymore
Pettifer was good last night & will hold his spot, if his attitude to his game is right,  he needed that shakeup

Spot on?  Crap.
When I see justified criticism to every other player that deserves it versus the unjustified assassination of a player like Jordy, I'll agree with you.
A lot of what's in this thread is totally unjustified.

when we start winning games against top sides & Jordy is accountable & on the end of a great performace l will clap him
his opponants usally destroy us by setting up goals or kick them & this creating loses for us in the past l dont have a short memory
1 good game dont make me change my mind,  l'm a Tiger not a Leopard  ;D
Foley was best on ground not Mcmahon

I just said he had a good game, I didnt say hes anything more. It didnt change my opinion that we shouldnt have traded for him, but I think I think that I have to be fair, he was a good player last night.

I'm just asking you to be even handed and not single out ONE player!
