We had no hard nosed mid sized defender to go to the contest against Grant or Jones. McMahon today wasnt up to it, but neither were about 10 other blokes. Richmond supporters will be spewing when Scott Selwood starts to shine at WCE. Selwood may have copped a bath today as well, but atleast we could say we are developing a kid for the kind of job we asked King to do today, instead we took McMahon and today McMahon struggled - but as I said alot of his teammates were in the same boat.
Francis Jackson loved Selwood too.

Moore on Jones and Polo on Grant was working in the last quarter but of course the game was gone by then. It helps defenders too when the ball was no longer coming out of the middle on a platter.

l find McMahon a pathetic footballer whos never on his man & when he gets the ball he turns it over 75% of the time or puts teammates under preasure. His opponants do alot of damage around the ground
there are reasons why other clubs have players like him in the VFL so Richmond can get them for a high reward like Pick 18  :rollin
seen Kingleys in the stands at Geelong game on TV it haunted me. Next we see patrick Bowden be runner at the tiges  :lol

Would think that the signing of his love child Jordon McMahon could be the downfall of Terry Wallet

WOW!! how quick is this dud.

yeah 2 moments of the game which stood out like a sore thumb.

onn the wing dale thomas danced around him as if he wa a ruckman and the 50 metre arc when i think thomas scored that miracle goal.
well just before that mcmahon did not even attempt to punch a collingwood player which resulted in that goal.

u know what i would like. id like some of u to put ur hand and say i said this guy was a great pick up last year.
lets see which one of u actually think this guy is worth something.

weak efforts made me laugh today. one foot wonder.

thanks miller for the train wreck coming

To drop McMahon is an admittance from TW and those associated with recruiting that they erred in sacrificing pick 19 for him. Especially this early into the season with us on the back pages for all the wrong on field leaders with all the spin doctoring in the media conferences. Injury free he WILL play all 22 games.

Maybe the naming of the Melbourne Storm Chicken Wing tackle came from tackling practise at Punt Road.

McMahons arm would snap like a Chicken Wing.
