I knew a girl in my undergrad days who was like that. Same age too. Had about 8 boyfriends in the space of 18 months. Every 2-3 months it was "oh I dumped [insert ex-boyfriend] about a week ago" followed days later by "I'm going to such and such place with [insert new boyfriend].... he's wonderful". I became friends with ex No 1 about a year after they broke up and after he found a long-term girlfriend she started flirting with him again but he had no intention of being burnt twice so she eventually lost interest.
