you cant bring in an untried coach. he'll get eaten alive by the cultural failure that is the rfc. only a ross lyon can turn this around. a dictator type coach. that's it.

Personally can see Hardwick getting the boot at the end of the year. If we miss finals which I think we will, with GC possibly making finals, a loss to GWS and maybe St.Kilda. The talk of Melbourne, Saints, GC, GWS, Bulldogs have all gone past us already will circle and a new regime will be pushed heavily.

We need to act now to save the football club. The list is solid, sack Damian and get a good coach like Bomber Thompson to steer the ship.

I'm certain he will get us into the top 4 sooner rather than later

Yeah of course he doesn't.

Built Geelong into a mutli premiership winning force and took Essendon to the finals despite the drug stuff going on.

Can you imagine if we were Essendon last year? We would have finished 18th with a percentage in the minus.
