I thought he did OK, the kicking to him was atrocious, the amount of times we went to him when he had multiple opponents was so frustrating

Jackstar is back!!!

Looked more mobile last night. Saw him take some great marks up the ground Riewoldt style. Was very pleasing to see

“I thought Tom, who’s had a few critics in the last month or so, that was the best he’s looked jumping at the footy. He moved well," Matthew Richardson said.

“I feel like he’s probably getting into some fitness now, because he didn’t have a pre-season.

“Just the way he launched at the ball . . . I think he took four or five contested marks.

“It’s the best he’s looked launching at it, I reckon.”

Agree with Richo and Jackstar.
I think that by the time Jack is back, it’s going to be a decent forward line
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

After being held goalless in the first half, Tom Lynch has sparked the Tigers to victory with three second half goals. He was the only player on the ground to take more than one mark inside 50 in the second half, including two contested marks.

True but he was outstanding today, all day

EXPECT some "spice" on Saturday when Tom Lynch returns to Metricon Stadium for the first time since leaving Gold Coast.

Suns vice-captain Touk Miller says he doesn't hold a grudge against Lynch for departing via free agency, but admitted his return would spark "a bit more passion" when they host Richmond.

"He was a captain of our club and he moved on," Miller told AFL.com.au.

"No-one's going to shy away from the fact that what's happened has happened.

"It adds a bit of spice I guess.

Lynchpin

Tom Lynch hasn’t yet recaptured his agility since knee surgery last year, and at times he’s been maligned for it in his first season at Tigerland. But the fact is he’s also managed 34 goals while under that duress, and without having Jack Riewoldt alongside him for most of that time. That’s a more than fair return on Richmond’s investment to date, and he’s looking better as the season goes on.

I do like it we he attacks the footy and takes it high because he’s definitely a one grabber.

He does miss some sitters though, today he could’ve kicked 5 today.

Hopefully he’s reached his peak by finals he will be unstoppable.
The club that keeps giving.
