Yes. I made this comment a few times but I think Andy D is better than what we have been dished up at the moment which is odd as he was bad.

Kane did say the game has seen a tremendous development with the introduction of the 4th umpire.

They are so stupid and take the fans for fools.

Would like to see the umpires umpired, on review, so many bad mistakes and they get a holiday/suspended

I like the media to make the accountable , show the inconsistencies instead of make it all about themselves and kicking clubs and players when they are down

It was like watching a toddler losing balance & about to fall over when a steadying hand saves the day & sets the youngster on their way again ... thanks Dad (I mean umpires/dad ...) ...     :help

"The reason we have four umpires is so they can get into position to call this a free kick, not allow blatant pushes in the back. Still not sure why we softened the rule which had encouraged players to fly for the footy instead of play from behind and push" - Jon Ralph

If he’s talking about that short period where players would be penalised for the mere presence of their hands in oppo backs then I completely disagree with him. You should be able to hold off an opponent if they’ve got their back to you. Obviously clear pushes like the one highlighted are frees every day of the week.

Two field umpires was enough and still is... :shh

This has been consistent over the last 5 + years.
Surely we can ask the question, is it us? Or Is it them(umpires)?
