Very simple.
Jordy isnt up too it. Either is Pettifer, Schulz or Polak
Game plan is terrible.
CONTINUALLY kicking the ball 15 metres aint going to win you many games.
Next coach please.

They were geting stuck into Jordie on 3aw earlier after a little kid rang up bagging McMan's kicking. Mike and Shaw said that's what they were discussing the exact thing during the ad break with David King. King defended him by saying he's in the top 15 for kicking efficiency and that where a better side when he's having an impact such as the last quarter against Essendon.

Another caller said we muck around with the footy and don't get it forward quickly like Geelong and Hawthorn do. Also our kicking is shocking especially goalkicking. Get someone like Lockett down there.

King agreed our footskills have been poor. Every poor quarter can be equated back to poor skills by foot.

Mike said he thought the most disappointing thing on the weekend was the lack of effort after half-time which resulted in a 10 goal turnaround. King said he didn't see it as a lack of effort. A lack of footskills yes but not lack of effort.

Kingy was quite happy when they had to go an interview Dean Bailey and now they're getting stuck into St Kilda.

I was thinking about how determined Terry is to talk up McMahon and keep him in the team.

And then I thought about Cam Wood. Collingwood were not afraid to drop their trade for pick 14(?) last year because Chris Bryan (PSD pick) plays better footy.

You get played by how good you are, not because of their position in the draft.  :-\

Port Adelaide last year wanted McMahon and Schulz, we should package them up and trade them of for anything we can get.

We will get nothing for either of them this season.
We should have given Schulz to Port for pick 28 and ran like the wind without looking back. Deals like that won't come along this season for us nor for Schulz.

Reckon Mitch has shut the door for Petts now. Not only does he provide more defensive pressure up forward but he just makes our forward line so less predictable and more potent given he can mark on the lead as well as crumb. Port were caught out on who to match-up on him.

Mitch Jack and Cleve should not be dropped for the rest of the year. 11 goals from 2 inclusions. Fantastic stuff. Petts will run down his clock for the rest of the year at Coburg now. We now have a small forward crumbing type who marks tackles shepherds keeps the ball in the forward area and basically shows abit of grunt.
Port kicked alot of their goals direct from our turnovers and I counted that 4 of them were a direct consequence from Jordy misdeamenours. Sure some may say here he had a good game in patches but to give away 4 cheap goals was almost disastrous in the final analysis. His disposal is not as pinpoint as what people make out to be or claim.

30 touches minus 4 turnovers that directly caused Port goals and 5 disposals to flatfooted blokes who were tackled or were forced to dispose under pressure that caused turnovers, thats something Champion data won't include in an overall % efficiency, as Jordy's disposal went to a Richmond player despoite the fact that the bloke receiving the footy has a bloke on him or is under heavy pressure and is forced to give the ball up. :banghead

JORDY WAS GREAT TODAY

another solid performance. He is in career best form and his attack on the footy in the final moments will go along way in showing the reason why he was brought to this football club.

Superb play in the last quarter jordy :clapping
